SECTION 20: LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE
WowScienceSkin is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities. The title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 21: PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All visual assets, scientific branding, and copy within the WowScienceSkin ecosystem are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
SECTION 22: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
