2. Delivery Rates & Timeframes

The total duration from order placement to arrival is the sum of processing time and transit time (estimated at 13 to 23 business days). Once your package leaves our facility, the following terms apply:

• Estimated Shipping Window: 10 to 20 business days.

• Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a uniform worldwide delivery fee of $5.99 USD for all destinations.

3. Unforeseen Delays

Please be advised that all delivery windows are educated estimates rather than binding guarantees. WowScienceSkin cannot be held liable for transit extensions stemming from external variables beyond our operational control, including:

• Mandatory customs inspections, clearance holdups, or import regulatory checks.

• Postal courier service interruptions, labor strikes, or regional transport bottlenecks.

4. Shipment Tracking

A dispatch confirmation containing your dedicated tracking identifier will be emailed to you immediately upon shipment. You can monitor your parcel's progress through the following portal:

Note: Please grant the courier service a few business days to synchronize and display tracking activity on their network after receiving your notification.

5. Split Shipments

To optimize fulfillment speed, orders containing multiple products may be divided and dispatched in separate parcels from different regional inventory hubs. In such instances, you will receive distinct Shipping Confirmation emails, each containing a unique tracking number for each package.

6. Amending Order Details

Modifications to your order specifications (such as delivery address, product size, variant, or quantity) are highly time-sensitive.

• Changes can only be executed before the order enters the fulfillment stage.

When a delivery attempt fails, the postal carrier will generally secure the package at a nearby local depot. We recommend that clients contact their local mail provider directly with their tracking number to coordinate a re-delivery or personal pick-up.

WowScienceSkin assumes no financial or logistical liability for items returned to our facilities due to customer-submitted address errors or a failure to collect the package within the courier's designated holding window.

8. Tracking Pauses during Transit

It is entirely standard for a tracking status to remain stationary for several days while moving through international hubs. As a general rule, if the tracking log shows movement within the last 7 days, your package is progressing normally. Should your tracking details remain frozen for more than seven consecutive days, please reach out to our service team.

9. Lost or Misplaced Cargo

If your shipment experiences zero tracking updates for over 7 consecutive days, please notify us immediately. Our team will launch a formal investigation with the carrier. If the logistics provider officially declares the package as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no supplemental cost to you.

Liability Disclaimer: Our coverage ceases once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier's tracking system. We do not assume responsibility for parcels stolen, misplaced, or lost after a successful delivery to the customer's specified address.
