2. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take pride in the caliber of our products. Should an issue arise, customers must adhere to the following protocol to eligible for a remedy:

  • Inspection Period: Buyers are required to examine their package upon arrival. Any grievances regarding damaged, flawed, or incorrect merchandise must be brought to our attention within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

    • Your unique order identifier (e.g., 202SHOP-1218) along with the registered email address.

    • A thorough explanation of the problem.

    • High-resolution photos or video footage clearly showcasing the damage, defect, or erroneous item.

  • Assessment & Remedies: Our quality assurance team reviews all submissions. wowscienceskin reserves the solitary right to decide the final course of action. Depending on our assessment, resolutions are determined individually and may encompass a product swap, a partial credit, or a complete reversal of charges.

3. Monetary Refunds

When a full or partial reimbursement is deemed appropriate, the credit will be sent back to your initial payment source. Please anticipate approximately 7 to 12 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account. The exact timeframe is contingent upon the processing speeds of your banking institution.

4. Product Replacements

We do not accommodate standard exchanges. A substitute item will only be provided if the original product arrived compromised or defective, and the issue was formally reported and validated under the criteria of this policy.

5. Unsanctioned Return Shipments

Our facility will not accept, sign for, or take liability for parcels sent back without prior formal consent. Do not mail any products back to us unless a support agent has explicitly directed you to do so in writing.

Important Note: Any packages received without an authorized claim will be rejected, will not qualify for a refund or replacement, and may be discarded at our discretion without further liability.
